Our Huum Drop, Hive and Heat heaters are now covered by a 5 year manufacturers warranty, subject to installation by a NZ certified electrician. Please note that elements are not covered by this warranty, as they are considered as consumable parts. Huum heaters not sold by us or provided by the official Australian distributor, are not eligible for support or warranty claims. We recommend providing your electricians invoice and certificate of compliance when submitting any warranty claim. Electric heaters that have not been installed by a NZ certified Electrician will not be considered for warranty.

Freight is not included in the above prices. Please contact us for a freight quote, we try to use the most economical method possible, but be aware these units are heavy and large. We can happily accept a Christchurch pick up. 

Please note measurements are in m3 (meters cubed m3 not meters squared m2) A common mistake is to under power a sauna room, which can be difficult to correct after installation. Heaters work in 3 dimensions not 2! Also, remember that adding lots of glass or having no insulation will require a bigger heater than indicated above. Room/heater calculator can be found here

We offer our heaters with stones specifically suited to the heater. The stones are certified safe to use in sauna, free from impurities. It is not recommended to harvest stones from the wild, as these may contain minerals such as Sulphur, asbestos and silica which could be released when warmed. Softer river stones will be prone to exploding or cracking when warmed.

The use of the Huum app is free for the first year and then costs € 29 a year for the remainder of use. The app allows users to start the sauna offsite, create a timer, make bookings and is available for both Android and Apple smartphones (is in English).
